I provide emotional, mental and physical support during your labour and delivery.  

I support the decision to birth at home, hospital, or birth center with a obstetrician or midwife via cesarean birth, water birth and everything in between.

I believe women are gifted and privileged with the ability to birth humans and should be treated with the respect, love and dignity that they deserve, especially during our most sacred moments such as bringing life into this world.

Upon our consultation, we can discuss all the different techniques for pain support, diet, birth wishes and more.

I can capture photos (or videos) during your labour and/or delivery and/or after birth at your request. If you choose this option, we can discuss what you do and do not wish to be captured including people, body parts, circumstances and more. 

Pictures can be taken on my phone and later emailed to you (and immediately deleted from my phone), taken on your phone (your passcode is required to be removed at the time), or on a camera of your choice.

This is free of charge with my doula service.

Before deciding if we'll be working together, we can meet for a free consult. At this point, we will discuss how to move forward and if we're a good fit for each other and if so, I'll provide you a contract. Half the payment will be required at this time.

Between the initial consult and your estimated due date, we will meet up to 2 times in person. During these meetings we can discuss any anxieties, discuss birth wishes, pain management and more. I am available through text your entire pregnancy too.

When you go into labour (false alarms are totally fine!) contact me via text.  I need a one hour notice to attend to you. I can meet you at home, hospital, birthing centre or can even drive you to the planned destination. 

I will be by your side your entire labour and delivery.  I will stay up to one hour after birth depending on your circumstance. Some women have a supportive, full house and do not need me after birth. Some women are alone and need me to throw together some food after they give birth. I'm flexible and will leave you when you are ready.

After a day or two, I will come and visit to make sure you (and baby!) are doing well. The remaining half of the fee is due within a couple of weeks of the delivery.

In order to provide the best value, as a mom of 3 myself, I charge $1000 CDN for my entire doula services (including everything mentioned above).
